It is so frustrating dealing with the staff at Howden House you have to constantly tick their boxes or they won’t help you I’ve been down 3 times now each time ticking different boxes they are still not happy so I have to come again

Hi. I have been trying to get through to your offices for the past 3weeks. I can only call during my lunch hour... not a pleasant experience when you are on hold for 45 min. .. then get hung up on. I have recently emigrated here and need advice.

Since this Council have shut-off the bus stops at the Town Hall gardens. I and my wife have had to walk to the bottom of the moor to catch our bus. Now I hear it is closed off permanently. How nice off the council to make us OAPs walk further.
During the current tier 2 covid regs is the Winter Gardens classed as indoor or outdoor
