Starbucks Contact Infomation

The shop has had a well needed face life since last month. Has out door seats but it’s placed in a very busy area. On the oil side it’s outdoor seating in what could be called “Coventry’s heritage area” as the prewar bank is there and plenty of trees, a status, lady Godiva clock and peeping tom too!

Can do more better warm welcome

Myself and my children got locked in the toilet and the staff were not interested they seemed to have a lack of empathy! Customers had more drive to want to help! The Starbucks in Coventry city centre is dirty, floor is sticky and tables left with cups etc. The staff definitely need more training!!

Staff is always polite, even in situations where you can notice the workload is more than the people currently on shift. Every time I get exactly what I order and even get my name right. Best Starbucks in the city
