Looking at all the post remarks it would appear that Staysure is not the trustworthy company that it brags about. Will not answer the phone,also my emails are not responded to. I may need to cancel due to the virus problem,but I can't get an answer.
Yes I can certainly agree there ,within 5 working days they say .They are obviously not working

We are still waiting for the paperwork for our policy which we paid for on October 11. We asked for the certificate to be sent by email and the policy to be sent by post. This is poor service.

Impossible to upgrade our policy as the website continually shuts down we have been trying now for three days now very frustrating as the uncertainty just increases would welcome advice on how to contact as all contact appears to have shut down supposed to going on holiday very soon

No I would not recommend stay sure at the moment as I have an unresolved problem
When you reach over 70 you can't health cover for longer than 35 days
Because I'm 77there is a company called rock insurance that will cover you up to 60days

I would first check the email address to which it is sent and check that you can gain access to that email account on an alternative device.

im insured with u i was flying out on 8oct 2 benidom staying at regente hotel got email from jet 2 saying they have cancelled flight home and ive booked everything for that day so wont b going now how can i get a refund on what ive payed?

we have booked a cruise with p and o ,they say if the cruise is cancelled because of the present situation they will offer us another cruise where we want to go with no extra payment could we carry our insurance
Ring them and ask......check to see if it is transferable

Regrettably, we have had to take the difficult decision, in conjunction with our Underwriter, to stop selling Travel Disruption cover. We appreciate this will be frustrating for our customers, but in the current climate we had no other option available to us.

Why after sending out email to advise you can update policy if WHO or FCO advise not to travel then decline to make change. I kept trying but the website kept crashing

I have an annual multi trip comprehensive insurance from 5.12.2019 but have since broken my femur and knee cap. Do I need to declare this.
