Had a few issues with the hotel, but spoke with Wayne he has been very helpful and has managed to sort out all the issues we had. I’m sure we will be able to enjoy our holiday now. Thank you Wayne

I would appreciate some feedback regarding my complaint on SUP276338. The disastrous holiday which you organised to Crete, at so say, a five star hotel, for which I paid an upgrade, did not materialise. When am I going to get my refund?

If Ryan air cancel the flight, what happens? I have read if this happens they will re-book another flight or reimburse the cost of the flight.
