scam company, take your money but don’t want to give refund. make lot of excuses.
They are based in India, using a fake UK address and using fake english names.

We have never come across a company like this in the 40 odd years of traveling. They have more points than a porcupine. The worst we have come across. Will we use them again, NEVER.

Never use them, they add extras on that you haven’t asked for. They ask for your card details up front so that you are trapped going with them. I had to involve ABTA to get the costs down and correct for the holiday I wanted
