SCAM! SCAM! Avoid. Worst company I have ever bought for. Bought a £60 jacket from them – never received any confirmation of order, dispatch or delivery AT ALL. When I queried it – they said it had been delivered. Turns out the package had been dumped on the floor outside my house – and either someone had stolen it or the driver took it back for themselves I’m not sure. I never received it though. When I queried this to ask for a new delivery or a refund, they made me do an excessive amount of paperwork just to prove I hadn’t lied about not receiving it which is riduclous. The whole process took exactly 11 WEEKS and I still haven’t received a refund, my item or any extra compensation for my trouble. Olivia at The Couture Club was the most unhelpful, supercillious rep I have encountered in a long time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND!
