Double booked and called to cancel one of my journeys. The whole thing took 2 minutes and I was refunded the whole amount – great service!

They are not refunding anything, and if, they are charging Admin fee. And app is terrible too !

Would give 0 stars if I could. Cancelled trains, no way to rebook, have to wait 6 days or something for a refund and no clear view of which trains are running to rebook them. Completely unhelpful and they make it as hard as possible to speak to them.
