Absolutely useless apart from when they drop of equipment. Now I’m clean they’ve hardly bothered to the pint I took a fall on my hip replacement it’s agony. The fellow on the phone seems really disinterested in my difficultys as I’ve no friends after ditching addict pals my parents are dead my brother’s disowned me,big I do t put myself through agony to go out I’ll just have to sit in the house rith nothing, I can’t getbth to help now I’m clean when I was shooting up coke they made sure I had plenty needles, it was almostike getting me off was secondary
I could get someone in half an hour with pins but now no one will help even though I’m at a total stress point nnckosestvto falling off since I got off a month and a week ago. When I quit I’m usually not plaqued with cravings n I’m not craving coke but jeez I’d got back to brown just to be able to walk.
They seem clueless
If live long enough if anybody wants to know this is a terrible service and the man I spoke to didn’t help one bit spoke to me like i was a child and very condisending I’m not a child I’m a 35yr old man and probably know more about doing …
Dedicated and hard working staff and peer mentors who support service users on their recovery journey. Cannot fault the service delivery to the service users that are engaged with.
Trying to call Eldon street to make a quick enquiry about a group session they’re holding. Just left on hold for ages. Opted for call back option. No call back. What a dreadful service. Good job I wasn’t desperate.
