No. There are no early termination fees for switching energy providers unless you are on a fixed tariff

What are standing charges for gas and electric also kw hour charges ?

I can help you Suresh. If your smart meter has the name secure on it, then you need to do the following;
Gas
1- Press 9 on your gas meter keypad
2- VOLUME will show on the screen
3- You'll see five digits (e.g. 01234) followed by me at the bottom right of the screen
4- This is your latest reading
If you miss the meter reading, you'll just need to wait a few seconds for the screen to go blank SMS press 9 to start again.
Electricity
1- Press 6 on your electricity meter keypad four times
2- +IMP R01+ will show on the screen
3- you'll see eight digits (e.g. 0002345.6) followed by kWh
4- This is the latest reading - you only need to give the first seven digits
5- If it's an Economy 7 tariff, +IMP Rate 02+ will follow
If you miss the meter reading, you'll just need to wait a few seconds for the screen to go blank and press 6 top start again.

If you've got one of their cashback cards be very careful - it's now operated by a bank in Belgium, so you'd have to deal with a foreign bank if you have any problems. UW are remarkably inept when it comes to solving problems, especially the ones they create themselves.
