My brother, Arthur Clarke recently spent over 2weeks on Balcombe ward and he asked me to thank all the staff for the lovely caring treatment he received. They kept him cheerful through a very difficult time. My only critism is that the different departments don’t seem to liaise, causing unnecessary delays and problems?
