Both the UK and EU breakdown team have very rude male sales people. The way they speak to clients on the phone is horrendous. It does make one wonder if it’s just the company culture from the AA? They don’t care about the customers’ experience with the AA, all they want is to con your money!

The RAC are 10 times better. Waited 2 hours for recovery, quoted 80 minutes and just kept changing the expected time by 5 minutes. 40 minutes late. Also had their insurance and they tripled the price in the second year. Poor service. Avoid at all costs.
