Dreadful. This is the year 2020, but they still send out remortgage legal paperwork by post, rather than email. They cannot verify clients’ identity electronically, when my mortgage advisor could, so I have to send them copies of passports etc. This firm is stuck in the past. I have submitted a complaint to the mortgage lender.
Utterly shambolic company who should be ashamed. Total lack of response to phone calls, emails. Missed documents. Months of delays. We have spent hours trying to speak to them with no answer. Ghastly company.
After 3 working days of phone calls (one day I left phone on for 3 hours continually ringing) iv had no contact. After 3 emails still no contact. After leaving a message on the web message service still no contact.Not awful service just non existent service.
Conveyancing – Unbearably poor communication and service. Frustrating with delays, delays and more delays. Expensive with no regard for you. 1 star is generous.
Don’t answer the phone, very slow response to emails. Request ID, bank statements, proof of address less than 24 hours before completion.
aberdein considine are the worst company i have ever dealt with. Why Natwest use them is beyond me. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Had a great experience with these! Received paperwork within a couple of days, received updates by text and email, completed in good time. I would recommend.
i have tried to call the main number for the newcastle office 5 times now. i am never able to reach anyone. i have also tired direct dials and i am still unable to get through. I would comment on the service if they ever picked up the phone
