Unwilling to co-operate.
This organisation seems to operate purely on a “we said so, so it is correct” basis. They do not listen to valid reasoning and refuse to co-operate with customers where their own client is at fault.

Disgusting company, very bad customer service. One of their advisors is willing to openly harass customers. Avoid at all costs. 1 star because i couldnt give 0 ..
