I called 3 times to request a bassinet for my baby for a 12 hour flight. The 3 times they gave me different information and made it difficult for me. I finally made the reservation but they told me that the system was down so I had to call again the next day to make the payment. I called the next day and the seat was not available.

I’ve spent more that 4 HOURS on hold the past 3 days. Called their main phone number, SAC number, regional numbers in Brazil. They do not care about passengers and they suck bad. Please, AVOID.
Spent 25 min on the phone trying to change a flight with no success after the LATAM website did not lead either. I fly at least 1-2 times per month and so far this has been the worst customer service I’ve experienced to date.

Thee worst airline on the planet. Use ANY alternative you can. If you’re going to Argentina then when you’re there, take the overnight coaches (con cama). LATAM (aka LAN) will happily leave you stranded and quite literally tell you to eff off if you ask for their help.
I am a Black Signature customer and it’s just shocking the level of service being provided by Latam. Not to mention the ridiculous app and award ticket process that NEVER work!

Worst airline I have ever seen! I’ve been trying to reschedule my flight from UK to Brazil for a week and they only answer phone calls, that is, THE SITE IS NOT FOR NOTHING! And I’ve already spent a fortune on international calls so every time they go looking for information they hang up on me! ZERO STARS OR LESS!
Simply the worst airline in the world. There is no customer service, I can say that I was ripped off by Latam. I paid for seats and bag, paid card invoice and confirmation email from Latam and when I went to check in I had to pay for everything! Frustrating, revolting!
