This company is a nightmare. They do not help or inform about anything. They hang up the phone. They deny the payments and make you pay extra charges. They charge people a lot of extra costs that they can’t explain, they just take it off the final payment. Because of which you have to pay more.

Hope they go bust asreholes have just wiped out £690.13 from my account I have 4 young kids 3 which have disabilities all they care about is money I don’t even work they are a bunch a cow boys stay well away people need to know what there like and shut them down finish them for good

Absolutely vile company – payments are being made consistently on time at your request – contacted the EMPLOYER and asked for an earnings investigation even though you have already received your funds on time! You will be reported to the financial conduct authority for this behaviour.

Any debt owed to the council is a civil debt that needs to be resolved between you and the council, statutory instruments used ie. Summary warrants, statutory court orders and the finance act have no jurisdiction in a civil matter, falkirk …
