spent 1700 pound for marble fireplace and electric fire. Extra 80 pound for Housing Units specialist in house delivery team. This team dropped the marble fire surround on my carpet making a hole. HU said it was the responsibility of their sub contractor. Both have failed to resolve this issue, ignoring the problem since mid March.

I have always been impressed with the speed of reply from the Housing Units staff for additional information or an answer to a query. The delivery of goods is always speedy and I’m always kept in touch with when the delivery will take place. Good products too!
