My daughter waited on the phone for 1 hr 30mins and eventually arranged a phone consultation with a Dr 3 days later . The Dr never phoned and left my daughter desperate. Absolutely shocking , can’t even get through to the receptionist on the phone. You definitely need to employ more staff or stop putting your phones on do not disturb mode as there is no way to get through.
