Write a ReviewReally good service. Nurses were fantastic. They made me so welcome.. The doctor who I saw even attached a letter to my mtf regarding my health issues. Great stuff. Excellent service. Clean and easy to find hospital if you going by public transport.
My wife and I would like to express how grateful we are for the wonderful way we were treated by the nursing staff working in the ophthalmology department. My wife is profoundly deaf as well as being sight impaired, so communication is both …
I have taken my children with minor Injuries to this hospital 3 times over the past 2-3 years. They are amazing. The longest time we had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes. Today we went to Macclesfield A&E first, because it was closer. They told us …
A £2million hospital. No staff. Waited 2 hours for a blood test. Joke. I won’t be doing it again
minor injuries is closed. has been for years, why dont you update your google settings as people waste time attending a closed unit
I attended the ophthalmic department. I was very impressed with the building and cleanliness. Reception staff very polite and friendly, the nurses were very professional and advised what treatment they were doing. The consultant was very nice and explained everything. Really nice department. Would highly recommend.
Fell at home and cut head open on corner of wall.Made despise gash and this was on Thursday at 18.00.
Manage to stem the bleeding by putting bandage on my head. …
This is the weirdest looking hospital ive ever seen, the first time i went i have to admit i was looking that hospital type building like you do, but it looks more like an office block. …
Extremely disappointing.
I work in the NHS myself and after finishing a busy clinic at 6.30pm (should have finished at 4.30pm) I came home to find my son had injured his wrist. I …
Made a few visits over the last couple of years. From a severed finger to dodgy knees popping out. Always found the place and the staff very pleasant. A decent fresh coffee on arrival wouldn’t go a miss. Nibbles in the afternoon maybe?
No triage. Kids with tiny cat scratches seen before someone with operation done in hospital day before, bleeding into shoe from op site and elderly, waiting still after 2 hours. The kids urinated onto floor at reception. A nurse wiped it …
Had a good experience visiting the Eye clinic for tests. Efficient processes, friendly professional staff who explained fully each procedure & a clean modern environment. Excellent NHS hospital.
First visited when my fiance broke her elbow. Wythenshawe hospital were unable to diagnose the break, however this hospital recognised and sorted the issue very quickly. Very friendly staff and never had any long waiting times on the two visits I’ve made.
Called at 6pm with a badly sprained ankle which was taking a while to heal. Within 45 minutes I had seen a nurse, had an x-ray and then seen the nurse again. Excellent service.
It takes almost 3 hours just for the blood tests. My mother had the fasting one for glucose and waiting for that long was not good. Medical is getting worse by the day in the UK. What a shame! Also what hospital doesn’t have its own parking. Had to pay for the car park too.
Nurse and doctor a* but the minor injury’s department closed -c
My son has just visited Altrincham Hospital due to his face being all swollen, he was told that they couldn’t deal with it and was told to go to Trafford General!!!. …
Actually disappointed by the nurses whom work there. Was going to go to the A&E at whythenshaw after Hearing the 111 staff’s recommendation but I decided (after discussion) to go to the minor injuries unit at Altrincham hospital which was …
Nice place but no disabled parking or any normal parking for more than 20 minutes …

Nice and easy to find the clinics although the receptonist wasn’t all that friendly. All other staff were lovely
V good service… Went in with a suspected broken finger, two xrays and advice from the nurse within 1.5 hours. Viva the NHS!
Excellent service. Turned up at 8 30am and was seen in just 10 minutes. Nurse provided great advice.
The hospital is open for routine appointments but the minor injuries unit remains closed
Went in this morning at 8.45am I was seen, diagnosed and given treatment and out again by 9:30 excellent service!
Modern clean friendly professional staff. Handy place to go if you’re knee pops out it’s joint.
Staff are very helpful, The Dialysis dept. is continually striving to become the best in the North West
i visited about 12 months ago with a suspected fracture. i was xrayed and done in under 90 mins… very pleased..
Thank you to the staff in the minor injuries department who attended my son this afternoon. Absolutely brilliant care from everyone involved.
I haven’t been yet but it’s not their fault after the couple of years we’ve had
Trafford NHS is just awful. This isn’t a hospital. No staff, no patients no management.
Attended the AH for a scan.Waiting time of 5 min.The diagnosis has been forwarded to my doctor immediately.
Much quicker than A&E and very helpful staff
