Awful company that lack any customer service. I have had a independent assessment carried out on my BMW 5 series to confirm ongoing issues. Ok, but beware of when you return your lease vehicle, they will charge you for every little scuff and scratch, certain to get their monies worth out of you, won’t be using them again.
Never had any issues with the lease. Have a couple of hickups with the car but their customer service refered me to KwikFit and it was sorted efficiently.

Currently leasing a car with them. Friendly, helpful cannot praise them enough. We pay a good rate, and the service is wonderful, all we have to do is put in fuel and insure the car they look after the rest

Had 2 interviews and both times never received any feedback even after emailing 5 times and being told they were very sorry and would chase it. So that’s great, finding out where I had gone wrong so I can work on my interview skills.
