I had to change my flight many times, and although the webpage was a bit useless at times, customer service was always incredibe helpful. I ended up having to cancel my flight all together and now have flight credit. Never waited more then 10 min on their customer hotline. Much much better than most other US airlines!

If your flight is delayed good luck on getting any financial compensation and if your suitcase is ruined you better file a claim in 7 days (even if you are traveling abroad) otherwise they will not help you.

Very good airline with new planes. Service (drinks, food, entertainment) on long-haul flights very good and very friendly. If you need more space, you should definitely book Economy Plus or Business seats as an upgrade. This is also possible at the airport.
