Booking cancelled less than 48h before departure and NO solutions. You call to their call center and the answer is “read your EU passenger rights and open a claim”. They just ranked to Nº1 worst airline ever together with Vueling.

The worst airline I’ve flown in my life. My dog wasn’t allowed on the plane having checked all the boxes, having the correct bag and weighing less than 8kg just because the plane was very full??? It is appalling. Flying in a group of 10 and one person plus the dog had to miss the flight.
