Write a ReviewHorrible customer service. Very low value for money. Flight was canceled a few hours before departure. The cheapest option to rebook was £300. One way. Left stranded in London. Never again. Worse than easyjet.
Utterly, utterly terrible. I wondered why they necessitated a rebrand from GermanWings to Eurowings and the unhappiness and rudeness of the staff made it clear that their problems are larger than an unhappy pilot and a single alp being in the way. Will gladly pay more to fly someone else, anyone else.
Worst customer care. Pay SEK 500 extra and go …
