Tried to drop off a computer for delivery today, told they ‘don’t do’ computers. Rang the Birmingham branch was told us that APC DO deliver computers. Has involved driving an additional 60 miles to take it there instead. To lie to a customer’s face is totally despicable behaviour. Seriously unimpressed.

No notification of delivery time sent till hours after attempted delivery. Many, many failed attempts to get hold of over phone and package returned to sender without my knowledge even though I had selected on their system to pickup. Would rather drive 200 miles to location to pickup then ever use again.

Worst delivery service ever. Any business using this company is easily driving their customers away. My delivery never came despite receiving messages that delivery was attempted. On top of that, customer service is really bad and very unprofessional. I was talking and the consultant was cutting me off and lying.

Now there seems to be many negative comments about APC . But I am more than Happy to leave them a perfect review. I purchased a valuable item from the North east of England . It was collected as promised. And delivered the next day on time …

Poor service, didn’t wait long enough for a 70yr old lady to get down stairs, wouldn’t re-deliver because they left the area. Now we have to wait 5 days to get re-delivered. Ridiculous attitude when they could have gone the extra mile. Would not use there service ever. Avoid

Hopeless courier service! Unable to leave parcels in a safe place or with a neighbour. Multiple missed deliveries as a result.

Not home when parcel was delivered but was able to collect it the following morning. Waited a few minutes but it all went smoothly
