SCAM! I had a payment to make to Klarna. Paid it and have nothing outstanding on Klarna. I now get inundated with texts and emails from this company chasing me for money I don’t owe. Called numerous times to try and sort it out and still receiving texts. At this point it’s harassment.

Same issue as many others- claiming I owe money to Admiral car insurance when I do not. I used to use Admiral but no longer use them- when I log into my official Admiral account it says I do not owe any money to them

Ardent are Vodafone’s weapon to intimidate people that refuse to pay for services there not getting, like broadband fibre connections that are actually copper wire and very slow, total rip off.and all at Ardent know it, a mass claim is on the way for mis-selling, they might both go under..

Absolutely shocking company, showed them proof of my payments to klarna and the contract being completed, yet they still hassle me everyday. Scam artists at their very best!

Harassing me 3 to 4 times a week over a debt that doesn’t exist. I’ve never heard of this company let alone the company they claim to be working on behalf of. I’ve lost count of how many of their numbers I’ve blocked from calling me. Scammers asking me for personal details but yet won’t tell me what the heck it’s about. AVOID

Absolute cheeky b*st*rds. I had admiral insurance last year and decided not to renew and went with a cheaper company. I even ticked “don’t renew my admiral insurance” when I took it out and paid in full and now they are chasing me for money despite not having admiral insurance. Get yourselves sorted Jayne Carter.

A word of warning! if your home insurance is set to Auto renew which mine was with Admiral and they cant take payment (E.g Card expired) its passed to Ardent where you will pay half your yearly premium to cancel your Policy!!

Chasing me for £574 for something I didn’t sell on ebay. Listed an item, sold it on a forum, so cancelled it on ebay. Ebay demanded fees, passed it to Ardent, who are chasing me for the amount “owed” for not selling something. Anchors.

‘Extremely unhelpful’ is understated. Partly Vodafone should be made responsible. Close out-cancellation’ instructions were never clear and none had contacted me with respect to the outstanding bills. Not sure how the auto debit would miss the cycle. What’s worse, the credit rating takes a mighty whack for no fault of ours’

They send a message to my wife saying she owe car insurance £79….but we paid for one whole year….
And they don’t even talk to me….

Received an email from Ardent saying that I owe eBay £14.99. I called eBay and they said that it was a mistake, I do not owe anything. I called Ardent to let them know and they wouldn’t talk to me unless I paid my ‘debt’.

Scam company. Claims I owe money for Admiral when I don’t. Be careful of them, do not send them your money.

Cant justify giving them any stars at all, would like to give a minus if possible. They are absolutely shocking this company they harass you many many times daily on a number of platforms messages calls emails letters. There is just no need. Joke and cause unnecessary stress during these hard times.

Told me I owed 8GBP more than my EBAY debt, I asked why and they said admin. I asked for documentation proving the extra 8GBP and was told NO WE CAN’T PROVIDE THIS! Will pay off debt I had unknowingly got direct with EBAY, why am I paying for the admin fee, it’s extortion and makes no legal sense!

Was dealing with the debt with Vodafone, they decided that it should only go through them and anything Vodafone said was incorrect. Don’t trust them. They will also spam you constantly

Got email from these people never herd of them and judging by the reviews they are spammers they say I owe Vodafone some money my contract ended in March and was all paid up these cowboys are just making up this debt, I’ve reported them as phishing spam and they are now blocked.

Non stop harassment. I’ve sent numerous offers, emails and filled forms in. I’ve told them repeatedly to stop contacting new by phone.

Does anybody know the relationship of Ardent Credit Services to Debt and Revenue Services ? Or its just the child of the scamming schemers ?
