My husband had an appointment at the endoscopy clinic today Saturday 10th June at 4.15pm. I cannot praise the team enough, what a wonderful friendly bunch of people, friendly, kind and caring, with the utmost professionalism. Thank you so much to everyone there.

Visited eye clinic as a drop in patient with my daughter and all staff were helpful, happy and friendly. Even found a dark room for her to sit in as her eye was sensitive to light. Daughter’s eye was checked and diagnosis given quicker than expected. Excellent service. Thank you

The last few years however have gone from bad to worse regarding care, …
I went for a routine GP appointment at 9am, they were not happy and performed an emergency blood test which the results were back at GPs by 3pm, they rang me and although the doctor was leaving at 5pm he asked for me to go back at the …
I unfortunately had to endure A and E at this ‘hospital’. I was put on an examination couch with no pillow and was told I would be admitted when a ward space became available soon. After being there for many hours I asked the nurse when I …

What a joke of a hospital sent here from the doctors to the out of hours doctors then sent to UMAC sat round and chairs waiting to be seen by the Triage Nurse bloods, ecg chest xrays. Then sat here waiting to be seen by the doctor again, …

A lot of building work going on here at the moment. A and E was a nightmare six and a half hour wait due to the sheer volume of people there. No seats at all left due to the amount of people. Parking was a nightmare not enough spaces. But …
It’s time to admit – the NHS is broken. I visited my GP today who was “extremely concerned”. So much so, she sent me to UMAC (Urgent Medical). I got there and was told by a so-called Doctor I didn’t have (medical condition). I told him that …

Just lost my Dad in Arrowe Park and must give credit where its due. The conditions aren’t the best, the views aren’t a picture, but the staff just never stop. Cleaners and domestics, health carers, staff nurses and doctors all working so …
I waited 2 hours to be told it would be another 8 to 10 hours assuming no emergencies or ambulances. But the staff are fantastic and doing their best, it’s just a shame they don’t have the resources they need.
Both my mum and dad lit their lifes at Arrow Park Hospital. I found the staff to be unresponsive to my parents needs, dad seemed particularly stressed in there, I often found him rocking backwards and forwards in his chair. His health deteriorated dramatically after being admitted for a fall. I absolutely hate this place.
The emergency department is so poor, they should act immediately not to keep patients for 12-13 hours and then say we cannot diagnosed and give a Paracetamol!
The patient will be worst to sit on a chair for 12 hours and no treatment! …

This hole likes to play lip service but nothing else. Looking at the managers and staff I’m sure you need to be obese to work there. Not a good role model.
