Not a pleasant experience. I placed an Order on 1st Feb and called them to find my Order on 15th Feb as I didn’t hear from them at all. Neither received any email correspondence. On my call I came to know that one of the items on my Order is out of stock. This could have been dealt earlier.

Very pleased with Ascot wholesale. The knife set i ordered turned up within 3 days and am all ready using them. Fantastic. Will be using them again.

Over two weeks and still no delivery due to stock issue.
Communication is not the best at trying to resolve the issue of another option of product to replace what I wanted.

Lesson learned don’t buy from them. 2 times I made shopping 1 came 3 months later the other came half and they said they delivered. Literally they don’t have stock and taking people money unfairly. Even 1 star too much

Ordered plenty of kitchen knives for home and family/friends and their quality is brilliant. Service is excellent too, ordered and delivered usually within about 3 days. It’s my go to place.
