Good store with plenty of shoe collection!

It was busy in the store but still had great service and bought a lovely pair of trainers. Good value for money great looking and very comfortable

Really helpful, didn’t buy anything but that staff were super friendly and supportive and even managed to do a full on foot measurement!

I bought 4 pairs of NB trainers. Was happy with the cost in the UK. Though the cost in the UK is 20 – 25 % higher than Japan. I Suspect even cheaper in the US, but I have not visited in many years, but doubt situation has changed.

Useless virtual shopping service. I couldn’t buy a pair of 991’s for a week. Very unresponsive and unprofessional customer service.

shop is located in bicester village. nice location for shopping.
Prices are too high for what they sell. SHop is ok. Staff is ok, but not as keen to help as other shop in bicester.

Went for some new running shoes yesterday. Terrible Covid arrangements. Total free for all. No social distancing or limits on numbers. Situation out of control. Walked out with no shoes. Won’t be back.

I bought a pair of tracksuit joggers that I loved but turned out to be faulty. I called up the store and Vickilee was incredibly helpful and she helped to sort out my exchange with a different branch. I feel like she really went out of her way to help resolve my issue and I really appreciate it!

27/12/2019 @ 1700: one of the female staff is very rude. My wife asked some help to reach something. She said “What?!”, gave a hand with eyes rolling upward. Sadly, need a customer relation training. If only I can give a no star. Did not attempt to buy the shoes I want. We just walked out.

The best sports brand in the high street! And it just got better as you have even bigger discounts at the Bicester outlet village. Friendly staff showing you were the discounts are and also the range just arrived from the stores. Must visit for good price sports clothing.

We managed to purchase a couple of trainers , shorts and sports top, bought most of them on sale, good prices. The store is on a smaller scale, soo variety on some products are limited.

Helpful knowledgeable staff with good range of fitness atire/shoes and reasonable prices. Covid safe with limits to people entering the shop and handgel available in store.

i love love shoes of new balance .. very light and comfortable. but not many designs .. new balance should start doing some good designs …

I was feeling a little dizzy and kept falling over but after my visit with this shop I got a new balance and now never fall over

Got two pairs of made in UK NB shoes with very attractive price, the staff is helpful and nice.

Don’t be tricked into buying from here. Much cheaper prices online. No real discount.
