Negative attitude of staff and unhelpful. Its very disappointing to see this from Woking Borough Council that they employ staff who are so arrogant. They really need to look at their internal staff and send them away on courses absolutely disgusted by their behaviour over the last 2 years.

From my dealing with the council, I have found them efficient and responsive.

This council couldn’t even organise a bath hell even sort out their mess of a roadworks in the town centre, it’s an absolute mess, caused me lots of aggro and I think it’s safe to say that the people down there does represent the intelligence of some people in Woking as there are good people down there

Basically thieves. Charge a fortune in council tax. Don’t collect the bins. Take 3 months to respond to my complaint and then just say ‘tough luck’. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I do not have any housing queries but over the last 5 years I have found them very efficient and willing to help with planning enquiries and making payments for green bins etc. The waste collection system works very well.

Absolutely rubbish. Staffs have no idea what they are doing and always giving wrong information and they are very patronizing and not helpful at all. Stay away from them as they will only give you more stress.

Quick enough to take your money but when you need their help expect a refund you never get a response. Terrible.
