Great service from the emergency repairs department. A few weeks ago we had an electrical emergency with our cable. An electrician was out within the hour and replaced a burnt cable. Tonight our back door handle broke and we were unable to lock the door. It was repaired in under two hours.

In nearly 4 years as a tenant I have always found staff helpful and polite (and sometimes understandably stressed ) In this time I have had emergency repairs and normal repairs all carried out without any real hassle and always with friendly staff
