Had a policy 8 years, so they have had all the interest on my nearly £4,000. Now they have changed my funeral director. I do not want a different one. They are charging me £350 to cancel, even though it is not my fault. Don’t trust them !!!

Be careful when you take these plans out my hubby pays 80 pounds a month over a 10yr period we have paid it for over 18 months but asked to cancel as were struggling to pay it, we’ve been told we have to pay 790 pounds back cancelation fee, disgusted
