Their ‘secure messaging’ function is awful. Impossible to get prompt or helpful responses. Do not let you change your nominated account to Monzo as you cannot provide an IBAN (which do not exist for Monzo accounts!)
When I transfer money out of my savings, they suddenly start replying.
When my bond is about to mature I asked them to transfer money into my nominated bank account,they say they have NOT got it yet they have been paying money into it for 2 years at monthly intervals.ARE THEY IN FINANCIAL TROUBLE.KEEP WELL AWAY IS MY OPINION.
Miss a single payment and they repossess your property. Put it on the market half price assuming, The local loan shark is a better deal
