I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about for my personal experience I got interest free loan credit agreement on a purchase paid it’s full without any issues. They gave me statements, an online account to check and wrote to me today at the end to tell me I had paid in full. What more could you want 5 out of 5 for me!!!
Currys Creation Account, can’t login using known details. Go through login and just says website not available. Something went wrong. Tried getting an answer. They are not interested in sorting the problem. Will be closing account. Probably been hacked again or leaked everyone’s data.
The website is full of bugs and wouldn’t let me update my payment date and the mobile app doesn’t recognise my account. The automated phone service didn’t recognise my details either despite me entering the correct ones but at least the human I finally got through to was friendly and helpful.

I have been charged interest on my credit card even though I have paid the balance of in full. I spoke to an agent names Lafisa and was clearly told as per terms and conditions interest will be charged. I explained to her I have paid in full but she did not want to listen. If I could give them zero stars I would. They treat customer data with utter disregard. When I told them I could access another customers data they removed access to my own account but left me able to see the other customer’s!
