I bought an Avocado, salmon and cream cheese bagle, paying extra to create my bagle to then come home and realise that I had no Avocado in it. Extremely disappointed

Though the service was unremarkable, I was unfortunately served a bagel with unusually sour, pungent cream cheese that smelled and tasted expired. I suppose I learned my lesson and will not take such large first bites in the future.

I appreciate they have vegan options however I do wish they would use less plasticky vegan cream cheese. However, it’s not a bad option on the go for a quick bite

The Halloumi bagel was delicious. And their Hot chocolate with oat milk was really nice as well

They updated our order when we called ahead and the food was phenomenal. A really accommodating and high quality restaurant!

Three staffs but really lousy…no other customer in front of me still wait for long time. If you rush to take train, highly not recommend to buy here. One staff keeps talking on phone while the other making bagel very slowly. Don’t respect customer’s time at all. Bad service. Never buy again.

Went for Halloumi Melt: Multigrain bagel stuffed with Halloumi, tomatoes, rocket and mint yogurt! Lovely fresh taste halloumi cooked well!! Definitely recommend.

Bagels looked good and nice selection on offer. My interaction with the team wasn’t great – ordered a tea and it was served with milk when I explained the order was incorrect I was told it said white tea on the ticket, I asked for it to be remade which it was. Service also seemed quite slow and only a handful of us in the store.

Ordered a Halloumi Melt bagel and the halloumi is we not melted nor was it barely hot. I understand it takes a while for it to cook but don’t call it a halloumi melt when it isn’t even that. Customer service wasn’t great either, the staff member gave me two glances before actually serving me.

Terrible service, rude staff, my bagels were old and taste horrible.

Just bought a couple of simple bagels, so can’t tell about their skills of making sandwiches. I was welcomed with a smile and friendliness. Was offered a hot drink too. The girls work very good.

Bought a smoked salmon bagel for £4.69, the bagel was not wrapped properly at all and it was cut poorly with almost no salmon to be seen on top, it came out of the poor wrapping losing half of it on the floor as soon as I left the store. …

Dry bagels with wafer thin slices of beef made a couple of really poor value meal deals costing ￡15. Only reason this place deserves 1 star is for the 1 out of 3 staff who was friendly.

This is certainly not a fresh bagel! It was very dry and hard. To make things worse, they only put a single thin layer of smoked salmon inside (which also had a bone in it 🙁 and not very good quality cream cheese) Stick to Biegel Bake in brick lane instead.

Saddest bagel ever. I asked for salmon and avocado without mayo, not without avocado. By the time I found out I was already inside the train. Do not recommend.

Absolutely disgusted at the sanitation at this place, had to ask the worker to change her gloves just before she was about to handle my food…. right after touching the cash register & money!

Pre made egg “patties” rather than real eggs, pretty disgusting. Will try again as the smoked salmon was fine and I imagine cream cheese / peanut butter are also, but avoid the egg and sausages as neither are “real”. …

First time I went was delicious and then second time was super skimpy with smoked salmon for £5!!! Literally opened up bagel and had one piece and a tiny amount of cream cheese!

Trash – bought a “Classic” Salmon and Cream Cheese bagel, hardly any cream cheese and horrible cheap salmon that’s brown and chewwy. If I had not already left the area I would have requested a refund.

I’m not one normally to complain, but the woman serving me was absolutely awful. Very rude and gave me criticism because she claims I didn’t have explain my order right. She was also quite rude to her colleague who just joined it seems recently. Would not recommend this place based on customer service.

Was there quite early, around 10 am and the bagels were definitely dry, probably made yesterday. Disappointed

Had to repeat my order 3 times and they still got my order wrong. I wouldn’t mind if that was a one off but unfortunately its almost every time. Canary Wharf needs a new bagel shop.

I went in for a coffe and when the lady heard my hiccup, she offered me a slice of lemon to stop it. It worked and gave me a big laugh!

Quite stale bagels. Hard and dry. Rather unpleasant. Empty at lunchtime in Canary Wharf. That should have been a clue.

Always great to grab on the way up from the tube to work. Cheese & pastrami every time!

I tried out the Salt Beef Bagel and Classic Salmon Bagel, the fillings were good but the actual bagels were way too hard. Can’t say that I’ll be returning again, there are better bagels elsewhere.
