Very helpful and great service

Stunning place. Absolutely incredible. Only problem is, they really don’t make things to the standards they used to. I mean that mechanically and visually, as I’ve he’d many of their older and newer items apart and have seen the differences. Staff unable to answer questions or queries about their own line of headphones or guide customers in exploring their products. Either that or deliberately do not want to help. Not sure which would be worse. Surprising and disappointing.
