All great store for quality outdoor clothes and gear. Really helpful staff. But very limited parking nearby. (It’s best to use the Sainsbury’s car park 500 metres away if one of the handful of spaces on the street nearby is occupied)

I had excellent service from the running shoe dept last year so called them two days ago to check they had a good range of waterproof walking shoes in my size. Assured they did, I went along to discover the good range was only two, neither which I liked. Wasted journey. Will try elsewhere in future.

Large new store at the Gunnersbury Station end of Chiswick High Road. Full range of everything outdoor clothing and equipment shoes etc. I thought that they had a really good choice on offer. Help and service from staff was good. I will definitely use the shop again.

It’s good service, a good enough product range, given the space that is available. And enough price points for a half decent budget.

Always excellent service in this store. I feel like they have room to stock a few more things as there is enough space on the shop floor to. It’s never too busy as it’s location is on the less busy side of the high road. Ideal for click & collect if buying from their website too

Friendly, knowledgeable staff as you would expect to find in Cotswolds. Nice new fit out. Good range in store from the basic for the first time DofE walker to the more seasoned walker. Good store to order stuff to as there are a few places near by you can park a car just to pop in.

Need to change an item bought via internet (deuter bag) but they don’t have it so I was offered by customer service to go to Covent Garden instead. Customer service was also very unhelpful (go to Covent Garden or ask a refund). Not cool when you’ve paid £125 for a weekend backpack.

They have clothing, footware, packs and a few bits and pieces to kit out a hike but lack the true camping gear that you’d want to see in person. The sales associates were prompt and helpful.

Very helpful staff. I bought some walking shoes there.

Either staff were insufficiently trained or they have an inefficient system to process the exchange af faulty goods. It took 10-15 mins to exchange one item.
