Bangla housing do respond to emails or queries promptly. An email response takes them 8 months. Poor customers services and they have no care about their tenants Housing conditions. I am really disappointed about the care my parents have received by them.

The worst! If you ever would relocate with them DON’T! The worst one is Leena! Very rude, non helpful, selfish person! Very bad housing agency, can relocate you into a block with criminals without even telling you about it, the building …

Bangla Housing provided me with an excellent service, always there to help and advise, and alway got my maintenance issues dealt with no delay. Would defo reccomend them!
