It’s a lovely little doctors/walk-in clinic and blood test clinic. U just have a very long long long wait for either one of them. I had to book a doctors appointment over 3 weeks in advance. The walk in clinic I’ve had to wait a few hours to be seen. But both nice places with mostly nice staff.

I went there yesterday for a blood test. It was very Very easy to find the hospital. Parking was a very easy as well. I did not have to wait at all in the space of five minutes within my appointment timeframe they called me. The nurse was extremely skilled.

With all hospitals & walk-in centres, you have to be patient and prepared to wait, no one gets preference over another patient unless it’s life threatening. There’s no point in arguing with the receptionist because she’s only a receptionist, wait your turn or go home.

Dropped off and waited for my Mum who was an in patient for a scan. In and out fairly quickly. Parking was free, I think for max 3 hours. Reception staff were really helpful and Mum said medical staff were very good. All in all, one of the better NHS experiences in the area although I suspect they offer restricted services.
Only option is to pay for 1 day of parking in the app for £15 bit crazy
I went in for a fractured ankle on Friday. Waiting time over an hour. Once seen by nurse, had x-ray. Didn’t have to wait too long for result. I was then given appt (virtual) for fracture clinic for the Monday. I found the staff very helpful and polite and I received excellent service.
