Very bad service. Dismal customers support. Slow in delivering and getting order items wrong. Requested numerous times a copy invoice on email without success. Overall very unsatisfactory.

It’s ok , disappointed with the showrooms and choice for bathrooms. May as well look online and save time going here tbh. In the end I went elsewhere just as disappointing lol, I will find somewhere with a better selection tho and soon

The product is very good quality. There is a handling charge £20 for returs even for small items. Good staff but not all of them well trained in the showroom where I have visited. More pressure on experienced staff, they cant concentrate on my bathroom design, hence it went wrong on couple of important things.

Attempted to get someone from the store to come measure my bathroom before design. 3 times booked in and 3 times cancelled on the day, with me having to chase where they were before they cancelled on me. Zero customer service and a manager, Karl, that really didnt seem too bothered either way. Take your time and money elsewhere.

Well worth a visit, nice designs and good layouts with lots of different tiles. A bit more expensive than others but does have 0% for 12 months. Great for bathroom and tiles. We didn’t buy anything but used it for inspiration

Hard to find a way in to this shop. Have to go right round the block and dont be put off by all the shutters – they are open. Huge display of bathrooms and showers to give you ideas. IF like us you want 2 taps then you wont see any! All central taps so if you wet shave you bang your head on the way up.
