I have had many car service from different main dealers. This is the first time ever I’ve had the car back that has not been washed and hoovered.. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They always go the extra mile. If you value your car, take it to a main agent. Cheap isn’t always best!

They couldn’t find my booking when I arrived . Was told I needed to go , they then found my appointment “in a different system” after I showed them the confirmation email. After 4 hours I was then told that my car needed a part ordered and they would be in touch to book me in . Ten days later still waiting to hear from them .

Took my car here to diagnose running issues after the emissions recall. Staff were polite and kept in regular contact, eventually diagnosing a faulty injector, which they replaced free of charge under the good will policy from the recall. I would recommend this garage.
