Disgusting!!! Ordered a Mother’s Day card and nearly a week later still haven’t received it! Emailed you to say I want a refund! This is the 2nd time now. Absolutely useless company, I’ll go elsewhere now when I’ve deleted my account!
Terrible attitude to customer satisfaction. When Moonpig dispatch late and therefore a birthday gift arrives late, all they offer is the postage charge back. After pushing they give a £5 credit note on a £40 order, a derisory offer for the embarrassment caused. And say that’s it. And they regularly dispatch late. I’m going elsewhere.
If you need a card within 4- 5 days then don’t bother. This company clearly have not enough staff to get through the orders. It used to be delivered within 2 days but now it’s 5. Not a great service for when someone forgets to buy a card and wants to rely on a card service

We received a birthday gift from a friend. However, the gift was stolen at the concierge. We contacted Moonpig about the incident, and we got a prompt response from the customer service team. They immediately replaced the gift, and we received it the next day. Overall, we are pleased with their customer service.

A total rubbish service, ordered two cards at the same time, notified my order had been dispatched, only one card arrived on time. This is not the first time this has happened and Moonpig has let me down. This is the worst card app ever, it tricks you into ordering more cards and large cards and you end up with a large charge too. It’s so difficult to navigate and the categories and selection not great.
