Excellent service and products, very helpful staff, and great communication regarding delivery. Showroom allows for viewing and testing products, and they were open on a bank holiday too. Have bought previously from them, and now a repeat purchaser due to top class customer experience. Thank you Bensons!

Tom and his colleague (I can’t remember his name but a mighty Leeds fan) were fantastic and so helpful and kind! Great in store experience and can’t wait to receive our wardrobes now which we’re also amazing value!

Delivery driver called to advise when they expected to arrive (actually got here 5 mins early.) Mattress and headboard taken to bedroom extremely efficiently and all completed within 10 minutes of arrival.

Our bed was expected to deliver 6 weeks ago. Instead, we have to wait for 12 weeks for delivery. The delivery man showed up without a notice (not as said ring 30minutes before arrival) in the first time delivery!!!

from the very beginning of placing the order i was kept in the loop as regards delivery date and time, communication was excellent all along and the delivery driver phoned me twice on the day of delivery to inform me, all items very well …

Staff were very knowledgable of the products, Nathan went out of his way to find a combination of Bespoke mattress, base and head board, the Bespoke range of beds was as good, if not better than beds we had looked at in places like Dreams, would defiantly recommend to friends and family.

Bed found to be damaged. I shall re review when replacement arrives!!!!!

The store told me they could do a Saturday delivery and then the store did not ring me to update me in the 7+ weeks after order I had to keep chasing! Result, me having to take holiday from work for the delivery, store advised PM delivery, delivery made at 7.40AM!

They wouldn’t construct bed after Salesman said they would, we were also promised matress collection in the price that didn’t happen. Poor crooked salesman I’ll never recommend or use Bensons again

It sells beds AMD the prices aren’t horrendous, but it’s not cheap either. I can’t comment on service levels or anything because we didn’t buy anything.
