Front of house staff great.
One of the lads behind the bar had as much personality as a corpse. Tried to talk to him but he wasn’t even making eye contact.

Super interesting experience, although I didn’t play I just went with a friend. Was still interesting to watch people get excited as they won.

As newbies to bingo the staff were so helpful in setting us up to play. They could have had more staff behind the bar as the queue was long and perhaps taking food orders should be separate. Apart from that we had a great night out.

These lovely people provided me with an electric socket so that I could do some work whilst waiting for an unexpected delayed repair on my car. I didn’t play bingo but they really helped me out. Lovely staff 5 stars just for that!!

I love to go here to play at this bingo club, the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome, however the manager Brenda has always got a face like a slapped arse, if looks could kill, she would have killed me a thousand times already… overall it’s a great place to kill a few hours.

1st time since it was changed to buzz..Joanne the cashier super friendly and helpful showing us(4 of us)How to use the electronic boards and checking we were fine over the night..I won £50 daughter won £25 ..Would definitely recommend

Rude attitude from the reception staff at the entrance. My machine lost connection half way through the bingo games and the staff wasnt very helpful.For my first visit I wasnt very impressed the staff was miserable seemed to just want to take your money. Will not be returning.

Same winners all the time. Always electronic boards never good old paper ticket winners.

Was ok shame a big hall and only around 20 people in on a week day afternoon polite staff

It was a shambles people talking phones going off nobody said anything when bingo was on its the worst night.

First visit was well looked after and came home with some winnings

Keeps lowering prize money, still charges the same. Does not respond to emails or private messages. Appalling staff and company. Rip offs

Not happy they allow people to vape in the bingo hall it’s a disgusting habit & they should be outside, not pleasant for people eating their meal, we have had to move seats several times in an evening to get away from it, management not helpful about this…..We do not go very often now as not the same.

Some staff awfull, one of them was playing the gaming machine and when I asked if he was staff he said it was in demo mode as if it was normal !!!
