Quick at taking money, but when it comes to repairs looks for excuses of ‘fair wear n tear’. Charges you for initial inspection call out. Threatens tenants to fix the repair by them (ridiculous high charges) or get it done yourself and once done they’ll send inspection from your cost. Avoid

Why does it take your vans 30 minutes to fill up with fuel yet everyone else 2 minutes… jobs worths!

I have worked for Bolton at Home for 30 years and even though it sometimes gets a bad rap have never had anything to complain about.

If it was possible to give 0 star then i would. Fast to take money but when it comes to anything else very slow.
