One Vision have been allowing neighbours who are also under one vision to abuse my vulnerable sister who has a child. They have taken NO action. I will be taking One Vision to court in August 2023. They have allowed the compromise of safety of my sister and her child.

Our housing officer Sean is an absolute diamond, feel very lucky to have a person like him as our housing officer and I think one vision housing are lucky to have an employee who is so apt for the job thanks

We have wrote to this housing association over 10 times with only 1 reply recieved, our local MP has even wrote to them and they have pretty much ignored them too. We wrote to anybody who has authority there and not one of them had the decency to get back to us. Very rude, generic and ignorant

I used to rent a flat from O.V.H, and was happy with them. Repairs always got followed up on, plus they gave my flat a full re-fit whilst there. I’ve seen some accommodation in the private sector that doesn’t come near for the price.

I have recently had to give my Dads flat up. Due to him going into care. 1 vision have been very helpfull at these sad times. I appreciate all the help and support they have given me.

Awful have been decanted due to them selling block to developers – had issues since signed tenancy agreement, its been 4 weeks now and am at wits end , place is a dump , i cannot move in due to the smell rubbish left on site by voids team i know believe potential asbestos in mastic above the tiles going to the media
