An excellent infirmary. I called an ambulance in busy hours a couple of times and it always arrive in 20 minutes. Always I get appointments on time. I am really happy that I live near that infirmary and all staff are extremely helpful.

I was referred here to fix a fractured jawbone and everyone in radiology and ward 18 has been friendly, professional, efficient and helpful. I forgot to bring a towel and the staff brought me one. I had lots of questions that I muffled with my bust up jaw and they listened carefully and answered me. I have enjoyed my 3 nights here.

Honestly I give in with Bradford Royal Infirmary The hostile way we were spoke to just arriving a little early to see my father in law om ward 4 was absolutely disgusting. A member of staff shouting down the ward at us. Before striking you need to teach you staff WARD 4 MANNERS and how to approach people in a proper manner.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst hospital in the U.K. hands down. Went to A&E with chest pain and had to wait 5 hours to be seen and the nurses attitudes was disgusting. Please avoid this hospital and go to Leeds if you can. Much better there.

Arrived at 4.15 it’s now 5.45 and still have not been assessed. No organisation at all. At least 20 people sat around not being processed.
