Appreciate rubbish hospital.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The receptionist clearly doesn’t know what the hospital is and is not capable of, having made me wait an hour to see a doctor for a prescription (out of hours) only to be told they do not issue …
Doesn’t even deserve one star, waited 4 hours for my child to be sent. I would be understanding if the hospital was busy but there were only 3 families waiting when I arrived and when I went to ask staff they were sitting around chatting. …

Limited disability parking.
Good cafe inside on ground floor
I went for a procedure that I was not looking forward to.
The staff from the receptionist throughout were professional, friendly and most of all, put me at ease. …
I have been so impressed by the surgical and nursing care throughout a five night stay. The physio and OT staff were also excellent. The whole team worked together as a cohesive unit. I couldn’t have had better care if I had used the services of the royal household.
Omg Wonderful hospital in the world all nurses and doctors are tired already before start.
Actually if you come to visit PLEASE BRING YOUR BED AND PILLOW you sleep free.
This hospital best i ever seen it
My wife recently had an operation and was located in Effective Orthopaedic Suite her treatment was first class in every area. Wonderful caring staff who made her stay as comfortable as possible. One hears so many adverse remarks re the NHS …
I haven’t had to come here for much else other than a pre-op assessment before my tooth removal, and from what I can tell the staff are very helpful and friendly. My grandma has had to come here for chemotherapy in 2013 and she has had no complaints about it, so I’m rating it five stars.
I visit here regularly from York as this is the only hospital that does my injections they staff are very friendly and helpful, the staff can’t be more helpful and if I do have to wait, I’m just very grateful for my treatment , I don’t …

Had a partial knee replacement on 23rd June and I cannot praise enough ALL the staff working on the Elective Orthopaedic suite. Nothing was too much trouble and the care I received was fantastic. Many thanks to you all.
My head was conveyed into a giant polo mint, in other words I had a CT scan on my head. All in all it was a very good experience & I have no complaints at all. Was treated very well.
Very inaccessible if you have to alight the bus on Southgate. The gate and entrance is locked still and the only access is going down a very very steep hill about 450-500yds. It doesn’t have any hand rail, with no resting place. Return …
Attended the scope unit 14/9/17 for a colonoscopy. The staff were amazing. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. The staff in black uniforms were very professional and in total control. It was a very comfortable experience. Thank you.
Went in with severe pain in my right leg to the point it couldn’t move to be greeted by a receptionist whom was more occupied cleaning her desk, to be later called into a room by a nurse who had no interest in my problem, only wanting to …

Don’t go that often thank goodness but seems to very well set up. And people seem friendly enough waiting times seem to be the norm for these places but I suppose that’s the way it is. I don’t think I would recommend going there because I wouldn’t recommend a hospital visit for anyone. But as far as hospitals go in not bad.
Great staff have helped me my wife and children over the years. Sometimes waits can be long but the staff are helpful and friendly and want to help you the best they can. Parking is good and fair prices. If you need the hospital it’s a good one.
Very slow service. Came to the hospital with my dad for a eye examination. Normal treatment time in the mid Yorkshire nhs Trust is 40 min to 1 hour, we’ve been here 3 hours. Very Slow.
Sent by My GP for a chest Xray. I walked through the door and never got time to sit down. The staff were polite and efficient and I was in and out in minutes…so quick in fact I got back to my car within the free parking period….amazing !
I can’t praise my visit enough. I was in very quickly and seen to quickly. I was reassured as I wasn’t calm!. EVERYTIME I’ve been it’s been the same. Pleasant staff also. I’m taking a star away due to this morning. A friend of mine was due …
I come to a clinic here and 1st time I drove myself I used the car’s built in sat nav but I recommend your better off using google as my sat nav got confused and took me to other places in or around the hospital rather than where I wanted. …
Very nice and polite personel. My visit went smooth and everything had been done on time. Looked like they try to make my time over there so easy as possible. Thank You.
A big thankyou to the Doctor who saw me on Wednesday I never did catch his name but he does Photography part time…he was an absolute star made me feel so relaxed and if every Dr was like this bloke the world would be a better place, great service and great hospital.
After waiting 3 mins waiting for them to pick up I was hung up on. I phoned back and spent 9 mins on the phone sorting an appointment and have been charged £6 for the call. How can a hospital charge 50p per minute for phone calls? I was on hold for over half of it!
Absolutely wonderful staff and care. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff make sure you are as relaxed as possible.
Had an appointment at 5.45pm for a chest x ray . The hospital was very quiet at this time however the staff I had contact with were extremely helpful and efficient , keeping me updated at all times .
I had a small knee operation under general anaesthetic on the 11th June, I would like to say a BIG thank you to all he staff , they made me feel reassured and relaxed and showed they cared.

The doctor on night shift on 01/11/2019 saved my life by making the instant decision to send me to pinderfields acute admissions unit(gate 12)he is the reason I am able to leave this review this morning.
Visited Urgent Treatment Centre ( a mini A & E dept.). Seen by doctor within two hours.
The receptionist that was on duty at 7pm on 23/10/21 was rude to me and my partner and is ignorant to mental health also refused to treat my partner as its not her problem her words not mine she has ginger hair glasses quite old and refused to give me her name

Nice hospital with café and shops. Quick waiting times and helpful staff
Absolutely shocking the majority of the staff. The odd person nice but the rest absolutely awful.
Poor hospital, poor facilities and staff members with poor attitudes and behavior.
An extremely good hospital. The staff go out of their way to help, and answer every question you might ask.
Friendly helpful staff, very patient and reassuring. Good hospital in my experience.
ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

Extremely lengthy wait (3+hours and still waiting) less than 4 people in waiting room and no one has gone through in the past 2 hours. No A&E Dept so no emergencies..
Lovely staff .my appointment was brilliant and quick .
Found caring, professional staff in a clean hospital when I attended the Endoscopy unit earlier this month.
unorganised and a waste of time.
