Like to use the B&M at Elm High Road, it’s a comfortable size and the staff recognise their regular customers.

Great selection off all your various needs under one roof.
Plenty of parking.

Wallpaper at £2 a roll is good and it’s not rubbish.
Got some “supreme” patio paint last year at £10 a tin,the same at b&q was £32 could have been a mistake but got 3 tins anyway.
Most things are cheaper than other retailers.

A lot of the prices like anywhere are going up. Unfortunately these days you can’t be loyal to one shop you have to buy at the cheapest but normally have a good selection but a lot of the regular bits were out

A large store with a good selection.
Can be alittle tricky to find what you are looking for but when you do get a staff members attention they do guide you.

Never been in one before. At todays prices, this store was fairly cheap in comparison to its neighbour’s

An interesting place, full of damaged items and opened multipacks that are not necessarily any cheaper than you can find elsewhere.

Doors didn’t open fully and as I’m in a wheelchair it was quite difficult to judge the room I had. Girl at till wanted us to put basket at end of till yet my husband was trying to push me and hold the basket. There was no offer of assistance in any way.

Great for bargains and savings on everyday items

Didn’t have what I wanted but have a good selection that I’d probably buy alot of randon house and garden stuff when I have time to browse. Had some Halloween costumes for adults and children and party decorations.

Love this store, it’s huge! We got laminate flooring from here and the underlay. Really handy bits for the kitchen and decorative stuff for the living room. I always love a little look in here 🙂

Good location. The store is relatively well served. There are a lot of heating places, and it’s not far from the center.

Not too bad in there. Plenty to check out, more than I expected. The prices are good just needs more people on the tills.

Updated August 22, still a good store which has the usual range of items but also has a bigger DIY section including paints and wallpapers that is very useful. Good close parking.

I think the cashier I had today has previously worked at Lidl the way she kept throwing my items toward me making it difficult to keep filling my bags. No hello to start either. I think her family were in the queue because she was very distracted. Not a good experience for me.

Good shop don’t go alot but it is good on its prices so have a wander now and again good be going back sooner rather than later.

Cheap and cheerful always cheaper than other stores for the products/produce sold…not as wide a range offered so have to know what they stock.

Awful setup with people just standing in the way in the crowded aisles and ends. If social distancing is meant to be happening it certainly can’t here. Cashier could have used manners and not just started serving the next person before …

Friendly staff, good pricing, would give it a 5 star except for the fact on two occasions now items we wanted were not in stock (shelves bare) also an alternative item I considered had no price info on the shelf!

Terrible store no customer service. One till open and 12 people waiting in queue to be served. Very poor management not keeping a responsible eye on things.

Always loved B&M for their low prices and quality, cannot fault them at all. 🙂

Alway what I expect from B&M go in for 1 item come out with a trolly load and also the only place near that can get some good toys for my boys

Good for cheap shopping

Was extremely busy but then it is Xmas eve. Staff were friendly and polite too. Was a pleasure to shop there today. Bright and airy. Car parking right outside. Toilets may be available but didn’t notice any.

Personally, I love a good browse of B and M when I get the chance, always something I need in there. This did not disappoint. Lovely big store, set out very spaciously.

B&M is a good shop to go to for homeware especially and pet food and accessories. They are cheaper or comparable to most supermarkets but they sell just about everything. A good place to kit out students for uni.

We only went in for the curry sauce our friends recommended but the HUGE range of products got the better of us & we ended up with everything from a new dog bed to chocolate.

Another one of those places where you find things you didn’t even know you needed, always good prices too.

Particularly quiet given the time of year. Good range of items including brand names at resonably reduced prices. Eg: 1Ltd bottle of Smirnoff £13.. competative range in the DIY inc branded paints ‘ laminate flooring etc .
