Never usually shop in here but I’d exhausted all other shops looking for work trousers that were comfy. Bought a dress instead. Even better. Comfy and stylish for work without making my 5 foot fat frame look frumpy. Thank you

Nice clothes, would visit again

Love some of the clothes they sell. However they are always having signs outside the shop saying “25% on all dresses” etc which don’t even work. A woman today was told there is no discount then why on Earth is it outside? No one was there …

Was walking around by chance and it was a quiet shop, few people walking around. Saw one of the staff giving vouchers to a few people and didn’t even bother to give me one which was very disappointing and I walked away with out buying anything, would sooner go elsewhere.

It’s a good store and the prices are good and the clothes are very good don’t get me wrong but I went to buy some clothes using a gift card, get to the checkout and they say that gift cards aren’t working. I wasted time trying them on just to be disappointed. No sign or anything to say gift cards wouldn’t be working.

Went in for a jacket for the wife and found a lovely one at a great price. The lady who helped us was great with good manners.

Remember the days when they served men’s clothes? I would like that to come back. Also remember the old fast Arca II lift that’s been replaced with a platform lift in disguise? It would be nice to have the Arca II back.

Had a voucher for 20% so treated my granddaughter to a skirt and coat. She loved the coat and wore it straight away.

We bought a few items of clothing today at a very good price for our teenage Grandaughter. Very good shop to buy from & lots to choose from x

Not as much choice as it use to have, also getting more expensive

Didn’t buy anything nor speak to staff. Seemed like everything as on sale and looked a little untidy inside.

Very friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble if u want them to check stock in the back for example.

From personal experience its a decent average shop to get clothes. Some overpriced… so just go to primark babe

They have great sale rails, easy to find your sizes too.

Good selection of mens ,womens and children’s clothing and foot ware at reasonable prices also has a plus size section

Very nice clothes and not as expensive as you might think and the sales prices are very good

Not as good as it used to be. The shoe “department ” is not so good. Poor selection and what is there is pretty much the same style

Very annoying stood waiting at upstairs till to pay for nearly 10 minutes, when the girl eventuality came over I said this isn’t very good customer service, she didn’t even respond which was very rude

Great customer service. Best to go in the evening or Sundays for free parking. The Peel centre is renowned for stringent and expensive parking. Beware!!!. New look great for click and collect

Nicely presented store with lots of stock. Girls on tills are friendly.

Very wide space with a good selection of items. Staff is very friendly and fast. The only thing that I would say is that the shoe area is not as grand as the one in Arndale, but it’s still OK. I’ll definitely continue shopping here.

A tad bit pricey but otherwise great variety and some really nice jewellery. Lots of different options.

Often get dragged around this store by the mrs spending my money and always have lots of fun doing laps looking at the same items of clothing at least twice, Can’t wait for my next visit.

Easy to park, easy accessable, nice and clean, helpful polite staff, lovely products, clothing, stock levels to take away aren’t good, prices slightly expensive, but youngsters don’t shop for a bargain and will buy here
