Write a ReviewNo issues at all with Bristol Water, which is the sign of a good Utility! They are prompt to reply to any customer queries. I also had concerns about lead pipes in my 100 year old home. Bristol Water sent a technician to my house to take samples for lead testing, which confirmed no issue. They did this for free – very impressed!

I am so, so impressed by Bristol Water’s customer service. They’re quick to pick up the phone and are always very friendly and helpful. They are also native English speakers, which makes it a lot easier to get any questions answered quickly and effectively. Their prices are also pretty reasonable. How refreshing!
