Personally I have never had a problem with Cambridge Water. When I ring them they answer fairly quick, act professionally, and then when I tell them I will be paying my bill in a few weeks they are fine with this. I always ring in the morning so perhaps they have split shifts, and the afternoon staff are not as good.

Ever since Cambridge water was taken over by Staffs Water and the customer call centre was moved, the level of courtesy and service has plummeted. Prior to this I always had excellent service, which makes the difference even more stark. Sort it out South Staffs!
Really appreciate your very quick response…!!! We mains broke midnight yesterday. We called in the night, and people came to fix in the night. They worked the whole night and the issue was fixed by morning. That was a very quick response for a major problem.

Good quality water, flowing reliably. Mineral content is a bit too high but this comes with the region. Can generally recommend.
